About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and energetic team member to manage sales, inventory, and billing at our pet retail and grooming outlet. You’ll be the face of our store – greeting pet parents, understanding their needs, and recommending the right products and services to keep their pets happy and healthy.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in selecting pet products and services
Generate bills using billing software (knowledge of MyBillBook or similar is a plus)
Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels
Coordinate with suppliers for reordering and stock updates
Update daily sales and service data in Excel sheets
Ensure all client forms and service protocols are followed
Collaborate with the grooming and admin team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements
Who We’re Looking For:
Graduate (in any discipline)
Fluent in English; knowledge of other local languages is a plus
Comfortable around dogs and cats – a must!
Lives near Andheri West or has a manageable commute
Responsible, punctual, and a natural team player
Friendly, happy personality with excellent communication skills
Ability to engage customers, build rapport and boost sales
Freshers welcome – as long as you’re confident, motivated and eager to learn
